My furnace was not running. I tried fixing it myself, replaced some parts, and still no progress. I thought for sure I would have to replace the furnace. I Called Tiltin and James came out to take a look. He diagnosed what was wrong in only a few minutes, ordered the parts and had me back up and running in no time. He saved me thousands that another company could have easily convinced me to spend, and my furnace runs like new. Absolutely professional, great demanor, and answered every question I had along the way. 10 out of 10 recommend.

I did HVAC years ago for one of their bigger competitors in the Valley. After seeing some of Tiltin's work (but not meeting them personally), it's very clean, well done, and as an industry professional myself I can tell you that they have a lot of pride in what they do and use quality equipment. I don't make a habit of reviewing competitors, current or former, but this is who I'd call if I had an issue.

Our thermostat had stopped working a few days ago and we reached out to a few companies to help us figure out what was wrong. Tiltin got back to us with in 2 hours of our first message. They came out the next day, determined our issue was more complicated than just our thermostat. At this point we had been without heat for 3 days. They dropped what they were doing, found us a new furnace, and came back at 8am the next morning to start the instal. They even offered to bring us space heaters for the night before since the temp outside was going to be around 35 degrees.They were extremely professional and nice throughout the install. We were extremely impressed by how fast they were able to help us. James went above and beyond with his service and we will be recommending in the future.

Was a great experience using tiltin heating and cooling, very friendly, helpful and fast, would highly recommend anyone with any heating and cooling issues to use this company first........ owner James Martin was super helpful and friendly and a blessing for coming to the rescue of a furnace and house in disarray without heat as well as same day diagnostic's as well as repair. We used to own a mobile home and head issues with our heater and tiltin came and helped us fix the issue we leaved there for about 6 years and never had issues again we recommend them to my mother in law and they came out after hours to fix there heating as well they haven’t had any issues ether now we moved to a new home and they replaced the whole unit they are very nice and professional they do great work and are very professional on the work they do there work is top quality very pleased with this company highly recommend them

Tiltin blew us away. Our home is not normal and they took the time to really understand what was going on and listen to the home issues my wife brought up They didn't just come in to replace old furnaces and install new ac. They recognized that we had a lot of stagnant air in the house with missing duct supply and returns and in several rooms which merely replacing old equipment wasn't going to fix. They also coordinated with an electrician to ensure that we were running with correct amperage for the new equipment. Can't say enough about James and Larry, if you're looking for HVAC, these are your guys. We've gone from almost 82% humidity to 64% in the home within a day of the work being completed. Furnace replacement x2, AC installation x2, whole home dehumidifier and air exchanger installation.

James with Tiltin is our first call for Air Conditioner or Heating problems. He's always responded quickly, fixed the issues, gave good advice in submitting a claim with our home warranty company (which went nowhere, incidentally), and gave us a good price on a new central air conditioning system when our 19 year old unit developed Freon leaks. He's friendly as well as respectful of our property, removing his shoes when entering our house so dirt isn't tracked on the carpet. One time he was out of town when I texted him for a weekend emergency call and he recommended another air conditioner technician, who came because of James's referral and corrected the issue. I highly recommend Tiltin Heating and Cooling.

James has gone above and beyond TWICE for me!! He took on my dads house to replace his a/c and furnace in 2020, which was a nightmare to deal with, James drove over 2 hours to get it done and didn’t bat an eye to do it. Then in 2021 James to my house in Menomonee Falls and replaced my air conditioning unit. I wanted the unit moved to the side of the house and it turned into a hell of a job. He moved it like I wanted and didn’t complain even though he had every right to. Thank you James for going above and beyond to help us in our time of need. You are an angel to our family!!

We had an incident this Sunday morning and woke u to a freezing house. Furnace stopped sometime in the night. I called Tiltin Heating and Cooling. The owner, Jason, came within a small window of time, did everything he could to get part we needed and fix it. We are so grateful for the quick and courteous service. He was so reasonable with the cost as well. Definitely would recommend them! We will be using in the future for sure!

Our AC was not working yesterday when I turned it on and of course it was a 90+ degree day in May!!?!? I called everywhere not expecting to have much luck. Tiltin offered to stop in the next morning and while they didn't promise anything, they at least agreed to come look and see what they could do. In the meantime, I took it upon myself to play with the wiring, thinking maybe it was just operator error in the installation of my smart thermostat, but all I did was really mess things up. Not only did they show up the next morning when they said they would, during what was probably a SUPER busy time, but they fixed my wiring mess, looked at the A/C and found a broken part. He then drove to get the part and came back and replaced it. A/C is working!!! I can not be more thankful and his price was TOO fair for the fact that he came out on short notice and did all of that that I even paid him more than he asked for because I didn't feel it was fair and was so appreciative. I'm sure some stars aligned in the scheduling and maybe I was just located near another job, so not promising they will be able to do that every time, but I will definitely not be hesitating to call Tiltin when we need to replace our A/C and furnace in the near future, thanks again!!

James came to the house on-time (actually early). We called for a tune-up because we are new homeowners and we had a promo to from our realtor to receive a free tune-up. We called Tiltin Heating and Cooling because they did a tune-up on the furnace a few months ago before we purchased the house. Before the visit, we had just recently turned on our AC and noticed we were not receiving any air in our bedroom and he said he would look at that as well during the tune-up. During the tune-up he was very thorough with explaining what he was doing and what he was looking for. Turns out our A/C was on it's last leg and not working efficiently. James also open our duct work to our bedroom vent that wasn't receiving any air and found a blockage - unfortunately didn't have the tool to pull it out but offered to come back and remove it. He noticed we didn't have a return upstairs (2nd floor) and called his brother using facetime to figure out the best option to route a through the walls a return upstairs (above and beyond right there). We decided to purchase a new AC unit with him and also replace out 20+ year old furnace. Called family members and they agreed the price point was great so we went ahead with the deal! James came on the 25th and we scheduled to get everything installed 6/9 - we were anticipating a longer wait due to COVID. Overall, James was very professional and very thorough with explaining things and helping us navigate out new home. When he replaces the AC and furnace he will remove the blockage in our vent and add another vent to an existing vent. I can't wait to get our new AC installed! Update: our AC and Furnace were replaced. Everything is going great - didn't realize how bad our AC unit was running before, we couldn't hear our big return and now we can. Thanks James!
